Garco was selected as the design-build contractor for the Travis Pattern and Foundry Building 3 project. The new building is approximately 45,000 SF and will primarily be for their CNC machining process. The building will have a 4,000 SF Mezzanine, restrooms, offices, machine shop with (2) OH cranes and storage. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with concrete tilt walls. Garco has been partnering with Travis Pattern on their construction needs for more than 40 years.
Current Project Status:
Activities include:
- Pouring large slab
- Setting bolts and pouring piers (for steel to sit on)
- Forming for pre cast panels (woodwork areas)
Anticipated Completion:
March 2022
