The SERE Pipeline Dormitory is located at Fairchild Air Force Base near Spokane, WA. SERE stands for Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape. This training program (more commonly referred to by its military acronym SERE) prepares U.S. military personnel, U.S. Department of Defense civilians, and private military contractors to survive and return with honor in survival scenarios. This project features a three-story dormitory for this program which includes a gear storage facility, common areas, laundry rooms, office spaces, kitchens, and a briefing room. Each dorm contains two sinks, a shower, a bathroom, a TV, 2 closets, 2 desks, and a microwave.
Late summer/early fall of 2021
The main three-story dorm is completed and Garco is in the framing stage of the wing addition which feature 19 more rooms.
