Baseball/Softball Fields–  Topsoil has been placed and graded in both varsity baseball and softball fields along with all star infield mix.  Irrigation is still being installed and tested around the field areas.  The dugouts are topped out with CMU and will be getting roofs this week.  Fencing and netting is complete in this area.  Sidewalks and slabs are being placed in the baseball area.  We will be bringing field equipment and sodding the fields in the upcoming months.

Tennis-  Tennis court lighting has been installed with all underground electrical in.  Mow curbs, sidewalks, and fencing is being installed around the perimeter.  The tennis courts are being sub graded, awaiting pavement.

Parking Lot – Swales have been excavated and sub grade has been established for the majority of the large, student parking lot.  Light pole bases have been set with electrical ran to each.

Concessions – Will be topped out with CMU this week and will be getting the roof installed after that.

Stadium – Trench drain has been installed with track curbing poured around it.  Subgrade for the synthetic turf field has been established.  Field Turf will be coming in August to set install the turf field.  Stadium footings and piers have been poured for quite some time now.  Visitor grandstands are being poured now. Grading will continue for concrete pads, CMU walls, and grandstands.  The track will be paved along with the tennis courts and student parking lot this fall.

Classroom Wings & Admin – Exterior envelope of these areas of the school are nearly covered with blue, rigid insulation board with brick veneer and precast panels to follow.  Interior framing and rough in for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection continuing through each wing in preparation for drywall and then finishes.

Gymnasium/Athletic Wing – Gymnasium is roofed, completely poured out, and interior framing and MEP rough-in is happening in the weight room, auxiliary PE, sports medicine and health rooms.

Locker Rooms & Wrestling Room – Slab on grade was poured last week in locker rooms/coaches offices in area G.  The wrestling room SOG will follow on our next fair weather day.

Commons – Critical lifting of massive trusses complete with decorative wood glu-lam beams also installed.  The commons have tied in to the auditorium, gym and admin area which is a big step in the progression of our project.

Auditorium – The Auditorium and area E.1 are topped out with CMU.  Specialty structural steel is being installed in the auditorium for cat walks and upper-tiered seating.  Auditorium is being roofed, and stage construction is set to begin within the next month or so.

The project is on schedule and headed in a positive direction, a lot happening at Ridgeline!
