GARCO CONSTRUCTION EARNS SPOT ON ENR’S 2021 TOP 400 CONTRACTORS LIST
Spokane, Wash. —
Engineering News-Record (ENR) just released the 2021 Top 400 Contractor list (US firms) and Garco Construction secured a spot on the list at 357 (compared to 366 in 2020). Each year, ENR publishes this list based on the revenue derived by each US firm from construction contracts, the construction portion of design-build contracts and construction management work that involves financial risk equivalent to that of a general contractor.
Garco President Clancy Welsh says, “This last year has presented challenges we’ve never seen before, including temporary stoppage of projects and workforce reduction during the early spring. Once deemed primarily as an essential business, our company was able to continue work during an unprecedented pandemic. It was a year of innovation, adjustments, and learning.
