Garco Earns AISC Steel Erectors Certification

GARCO CONSTRUCTION EARNS AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATION

Spokane, Wash. —

After a lengthy certification process that ensures quality and safety standards are at the highest, Garco Construction is pleased to announce the recent certification from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).

Vice President Hollis Barnett says, “The AISC certification will enhance Garco’s steel erection quality control program, documentation and safety program and will ultimately provide added value to all of our customers.”

AISC Certification Programs set the quality standard for the structural steel industry and are the most recognized national quality certification program for the industry. The programs focus on the entire process of fabrication and erection. The AISC goal is to build quality structures from the start by focusing on error prevention rather than error correction.
