This design-build project created a new campus-style layout for Trinity Catholic School K-8 and Educare program. The school portion of the project is two stories and just over 22,000 SF. The detached gymnasium is single story and 9,256 SF. Garco was the prime contractor on this project and self-performed 21% of the work.
