The Spokane Regional Plan Center project consisted of a complete interior remodel of the existing 8,600 SF of office space and a remodel of the exterior facade. Construction consisted of new steel stud partitions with gypsum board and other finishes such as wall coverings, metal paneling and glass partition walls; new floor coverings included carpet and rubber tile throughout the facility. The ceilings varied from space to space, incorporating traditional gypsum board, acoustical ceiling tiles and specialized acoustical ceiling clouds located in the plan room. The exterior of the facility received a new facade with the addition of a modern steel canopy with decorative metal paneling at the entrance.
