Garco Construction, along with NAC Architecture, was selected for the renovation and addition to the historic John R. Rogers High School. The 90,000 SF Art Deco school was built in 1932 in the Hillyard district of Spokane. New construction included a 150,000 SF addition to the original school, consisting of administrative/office space, general assembly/conference rooms, classrooms, training centers, vocational labs and physical fitness rooms.
