This large pre-engineered structure encompasses 60,000 SF of structural steel for the WEMCO Manufacturing Inc., paint and process building. Built to house two 100-metric ton cranes, it is sheeted in pre-insulated steel panels on both the roof and the walls. This project also features a radiant heat flooring system with a 12″ thick hydronic heat floor slab spanning the entire first floor of the main building. Connected to one side of the main warehouse, is a 4,650 SF two-story office space, which also features the insulated panel cladding.
