This project featured new innovative building additions and an extensive remodel of the showroom area. The remodel consisted of structural and cosmetic changes throughout the existing facility. Upscale materials were utilized per BMW’s specifications. Integrating existing load bearing structural components into the architectural features was a key challenge on this project. Work was performed while the dealership continued to operate, adding logistical hurdles that we were able to overcome with no interruption in the schedule. Natural light enters the interior of the building at the Customer Lounge via a lofty cupola. The square footage of the addition was 3,700 SF with an additional 23,300 SF remodel.
