Garco Construction and Wolfe Architectural Group teamed up for the design-build of the Legacy Landing Fueling and Convenience Store. The 5,000 SF upscale convenience store and rest stop serves the surrounding community and Northern Quest Resort & Casino patrons. The overall design resulted in separate drive-up window services (coffee shop, café and tobacco) and an open retail floor plan for easy space management. The Chevron-branded facility has five pump islands with 20 pumps total, each featuring a high-definition television where the resort and casino promotes upcoming events as well as convenience store specials.
