This project for the Kalispel Tribe of Indians includes the construction of a two-story, pre-engineered building that provides the main storage and laundry support warehouse, complete with loading dock, rolling doors, mechanical rooms, and administration office spaces. The project also included design adaptability for future expansions along the southern wall.
This facility required an additional 870 LF of new roadway construction to provide access to the main road. This work included two, new egress points, employee and distribution vehicle parking, landscaping, lighting, signage and all standard roadway utilities.
