The new 6,500 SF dealership is comprised of select materials and finishes per SAAB’s design requirements. Unique to this dealership are 18” x 18” imported Graniti Fiandre (Italian) ceramic tiles, upscale ceiling tiles, an elaborate lighting package, exquisite full height interior glass partitions and glass backlit displays. This compact building incorporates an inviting showroom and waiting area (complete with fireplace), 3 sales/F&I offices, an additional customer waiting area and retail parts sales with storage. A third of the building offers an enclosed service drive and 4 service/detailing bays. A mezzanine was left unfinished and is available for additional parts storage and future expansion.
