The 62,000 SF Federal Courthouse is a Design/Build lease-back project owned by JDL Enterprises and leased back to the government (GSA). Garco Construction, ALSC Architects and Coffman Engineers teamed with JDL to design and construct the facility to meet federal guidelines and to house the U.S. Courts, U.S. Attorneys, U.S. Marshals and U.S. Trustees in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The three-story modern building includes District, Bank Magistrate and Grand Jury Courtrooms, as well as holding cells and security spaces to meet U.S. Marshal guidelines. Other areas of the building were finished for office space, conference rooms, probation offices, a physical fitness gym, locker rooms, secure sally ports and judges’ chambers
