Garco Construction Inc., was the General Contractor/Construction Manager for the addition and modernization of the 1963 High School. The project was completed in multiple phases allowing the school to remain in operation during construction. The new facility project replaced all existing classrooms, administration offices, and public spaces with a single massive two story building. The school’s original performing arts center was renovated and a new gymnasium and health and fitness complex was retained, while the rest of the previously existing structures were demolished prior to the new construction phase.
