Dishman Dodge is a 12,718 SF one-story facility with a 5,868 SF basement. The facility includes a showroom, waiting room, offices and detail bay. The building is steel frame construction with a masonry veneer exterior and a steel joist/metal deck/single-ply membrane roof system. The work included extensive grading, site work, landscaping, retaining walls and paving. The project’s special features include a large skylight in the center of the showroom, canopy with kalwall panels and a glass encased showroom.
