Dessie Evans Elementary School is a new 125,000 SF facility, the biggest elementary school in Washington State with a capacity for over 1,000 students grade K-6.

The front building wing containing the gym, commons, library and administrative offices is a 2-story steel framed structure and the rear 2-story classroom wing is a wood framed structure. Site improvements include field and hard surface play areas, covered play area, parking, parent drop-off, separate bus drop off and staff parking.
