This project involved the construction of a new 12,600 SF pre-engineered metal building facility of which 1,350 SF was dedicated to office and maintenance space. The remaining 11,250 SF was a transfer station receiving area and truck loading area with four weigh scales. Special features include an architectural standing seam roof system brief meeting attached to the underside of the roof in the transfer receiving area, state of the art scale weighing systems and a special hardener applied to the transfer area floor. This facility sits upon a hill overlooking St. Maries and the valley below.
