Building community is one of Garco’s most important core values. The holidays offer many ways to share with those in need and support organizations that assist in that mission. For 43 years, Garco has participated in the Spokane Christmas Bureau. The company also holds a matching donation program with employees as well. Employees can choose to make a donation to the Christmas Bureau (or another charitable organization of their choice) and Garco matches that donation. The company strives to foster a culture of giving and community at all levels. This past holiday season, Garco staff donated a combined $14,780 towards the Spokane Christmas Bureau and other charities of their choice that the company was able to match. Garco also made an additional contribution to the Spokane Christmas Bureau increasing the company’s total donation to $45,000. Thank you to our generous staff for your spirit of giving this past holiday season and supporting the amazing community in which we live, work and play. 2021 was a unique and challenging year for everyone, and we are empowered and inspired by our staff’s commitment to the community during such a time.
