General Contractor for Commercial Construction

Our Services

General Contractor (GC)

Since 1978, Garco has provided quality construction related services to a very diversified client base. Our team emphasizes communication and integrity, exceeding expectations of those we serve and maintaining a teamwork perspective with all those involved. We have a long list of in-house capabilities and self-perform many aspects of our projects.

GC-Construction Management

Our project management team is trained to manage projects ensuring that our clients receive the desired result on-time and within the established budget. Due to the diverse capabilities of our staff, we have the ability to provide complete general contractor services from the conceptual phase of a project all the way through to the completion of the warranty period.

Design-Build is the fastest growing and most popular method used to deliver constructions projects in the United States. What is design-build? Design-build is when the owner manages only one contract with a single point of responsibility. The designer and contractor work together from the beginning, as a team, providing unified project recommendations to fit the Owner’s schedule and budget.

In-House Design Services

Our  full-service in-house design team  offers architectural, engineering and construction design services. We pride ourselves on developing constructable designs using the latest design technologies. Whether you are remodeling an existing office space or looking to expand your company by constructing a new facility, our team can provide you with the quality and service you deserve.

Since 1978, Garco has been building better communities, creating lasting value, and exceeding expectations. Our legacy is in the value of how our buildings serve our communities.

Garco has completed more than 2,000 successful projects. We work in a variety of industries such as education, government, civil, industrial, military, commercial, auto dealerships, multi-unit housing and more. Our capabilities range from award wining in-house design to general contractor services for commercial construction projects.

“We’ve worked with Garco for several years on a wide range of projects with several different teams. I’ve worked on bid spec projects as well navigating the GC/CM EC/CM process helping with budget and design process. I’ve always enjoyed working with their teams as I can trust the expert leadership Garco brings to the table. I’m looking forward to many successful projects in the future.”
