This passion for success of providing a safe workplace starts at the top with our President and continues throughout our entire organization. Due to the ever-changing conditions of Safety Requirements and construction technology, all Garco Superintendents and Foremen receive continuing education of current safety procedures and OSHA and WISHA regulations. Each new employee at Garco Construction, Inc. receives a complete orientation program from their supervisor prior to working in the field. Also, Garco's Site Safety Personnel have teamed up with the Associated General Contractor's Safety Director to monitor, train, and promote worker safety on each project. Garco uses outside resources to perform periodic safety audits on our job sites to ensure safety procedures are being followed and to enhance our awareness of areas we can continue to improve on.
