The Animal Disease Biotechnology Facility, Phase II consisted of interior improvements to a new unfinished, 4 story, approximately 86,000 gross SF structure. Improvements included 78 office spaces, 52 laboratories and support spaces, utilities, HVAC and interior finishes. The project finished on time and within budget.
