273,000 SF, 12,500 seat multi-purpose facility with 14 luxury suites; concession stands, bar/restaurant, locker rooms, and meeting rooms Garco's own crews placed all the 3,000 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel and 17,000 c.y. of concrete. This project was completed in September 1995 for the Spokane Public Facilities District.
