Spalding is expanding to the north side of Spokane with a 10,398 SF Sales Building, 6,500 SF Dismantler Building and a 500 SF Fuel Recovery Building on a 20 acre site. The entire site will be security/privacy fenced and storage of vehicles will occur on graveled lots. This is a design build project similar to the previously constructed Dismantler facility in the Spokane Valley location, incorporating the latest environmental safeguards to prevent waste spillage. All components of the dismantled vehicles are recycled including the fluids.
