Garco Construction teamed with ALSC Architects to provide a design-build School and Dormitory for the Colville Confederated Tribes. The project included a 70,000 SF two-story school, featuring a terrazzo entrance and salmon solar clock; 21,000 SF Dormitory to house 100 students year round; 9,000 SF Maintenance/Bus Storage and over 40 acres of site development including soccer, baseball, softball and football playfields and an athletic track. This project was completed in 21 months.
