A new 12,718 SF one story facility (with a 5,868 SF basement) including showroom, waiting room, offices and detail bay. The building is a structure steel frame construction with masonry veneer exterior and a steel joist/metal deck/single-ply membrane roof system. This project was completed for Dishman Dodge in seven months.
