In a competition that garnered national attention, Garco Construction in conjunction with ALSC Architects and Ellerbe Beckett was selected as the design/build general contractor for the 6,000 seat arena for Gonzaga University. A multi-purpose arena that provides 54 points of sale, with the latest audio visual technology to support the different activities. This new arena was completed in a twenty month period.
