Cheney School District awarded Garco a contract for the new Cheney Middle School at Abbott Road in Spokane.  The building footprint is 110,750 SF with a total site area of 38.5 Acres.  The school will be a single story building with all major mechanical systems located on an interstitial mechanical mezzanine platform which expands throughout the central location of the facility.  Scheduled completion is July 2012.
