Coeur d'Alene Courthouse Coeur d'Alene, ID Budget: $19,500,000 The Coeur d'Alene Federal Courthouse is a 60,000 sf, three story design build, lease back facility. The team of JDL Enterprises, Garco Construction, ALSC/Coffman/Hummel have worked in conjunction with the GSA/USMS/Courts to design a building that will house the District, Bankruptcy, Magistrate Courtrooms, with space for the Probation, US Trustees, US Marshalls and the US Attorneys. Construction groundbreaking was in April 2007 and completion is expected in October, 2008. The building is stone, masonry and architectural concrete.
