Design/Build remodel of existing 2-story building, approx. 23,000 sf, including complete exterior masonry & Hardi siding replacement and addition. Silver LEED project; all new HVAC, plumbing and lighting to be high efficiency. Project includes a rooftop garden, new skylights for interior natural lighting, coffee counter for Transitions and office space for approximately 65 people.
