Garco Construction was the major design-build subcontractor to Washington Group (Formally Raytheon) for the construction of BHP's 335,000 SF Cold Roll Steel Mill. Garco's primary scope of work was to design, fabricate, furnish & construct the steel framed building. Garco also assembled and erected the entire steel coil paint line and assembled and erected all blowers, fans, ductwork and stacks for the pickle, paint and zincalume lines (the stack was 5' x 90').
