Back New Frito-Lay Distribution Center Rises in Terrace Heights Yakima Valley Business Times An 11,000 square foot Frito-Lay distribution center is going up in Terrace Heights. The new building should be ready for occupancy in June, says Larry Wiberg, Vice President of Garco Development of Spokane. The building, valued in County permits at $315,910. will be owned by Garco Development, an affiliate of Garco Construction. The structure will include about 10,000 square feet of warehouse space plus about 1,000 for offices, Wiberg said. The new facility, located at 2300 Industry Lane off Keys Road, is being built by Garco Construction. "They’re one of the largest construction firms in the Spokane area," said Wiberg. "They average about $60 million in sales a year." Back
