Back Law Offices to Locate in McEuen Bldg. From Staff Reports COEUR d’ALENE - Law offices will anchor the first two floors of the McEuen Terrace project. Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke & Miller announced Wednesday that it has signed a 10-year lease for 10,000 square feet in the 15-story office/condo project on Front Avenue. "The location is consistent for what our vision has been for Coeur d’Alene - to remain in the downtown core area and to contribute to the vibrancy of downtown," said Paine-Hamblen attorney Peter Erbland. McEuen Terrace is slated for completion in October. The law firm has outgrown its current office space at 816 Sherman Ave., and has been searching for "Class A" office space to expand its Coeur d’Alene operations, Erbland said. Paine-Hamblen employs 29 people here, including 10 attorneys. If the company exercises its option to lease an additional 5,000 square feet, it would have room for up to 23 attorneys, said managing partners Shaun Cross. South Park Development LLC is developing the $14 million building. It will contain three floors of office space and 22 luxury condominium units overlooking Tubbs Hill and Lake Coeur d’Alene. Larry Wiberg of Garco Construction said once the third floor is completed in a few weeks, the contractors will add a floor a week. Back
