Back Business Beat Spokesman-Review Garco Construction has won the following awards from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers: Military Construction Contractor of the year for the Seattle district; Military Construction Contractor of the Year for the Northwest division, and Military Construction Contractor of the Year, nationwide and overseas. The Spokane company won for two projects at Fairchild Air Force Base: an addition to the hydrant fueling sytem and runway construction. Back
