Since 1978 Garco Construction, Inc. has been a general contractor/construction manager with in-house design-build capabilities with current construction volume in excess of $150 million. We take pride in self-performing concrete work, steel erection and carpentry work which not only allows us to provide high level working opportunities for the community but also allows us to better control the quality and schedule of some of the most important aspects of a construction project.
Garco is poised to continue our complete construction service efforts with an office staff including registered architects and engineers, CAD technicians with years of design experience, and project managers experienced in design/build projects, GC/CM construction, consulting and all construction phases. These people are supported by outstanding administrative staff members and as many as 300 field employees.
