Since 1978, Garco has been a community leader. Our employees pride themselves on making the Spokane area a better place. Both Tim Welsh and Frank Etter grew up in Spokane and graduated from Gonzaga Preparatory High School and have been pillars of the community. Tim and Frank have established six scholarships at Gonzaga Prep to benefit education of qualified students. Garco participates annually in Bloomsday's Corporate Cup, Hoopfest and many other local activities. Garco is also very proud to participate in Spokane's St. Patrick's Day Parade.
